CRM Developer ~ Senior C# 3.0, ASP.NET 3.5 & .Net framework


Main Duties

The successful candidate will be experienced in working on product based development using C# 3.0, ASP.NET 3.5 & .Net framework and related technologies while employing strong object-oriented design and programming skills.

The selected candidate will be part of a strong development team and will be responsible for both enhancing existing CRM products and developing new product based applications.

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) product is an established WinForms product which we now want to deploy across all of the Comtec applications. The immediate role is to assist with architecting web services and UI for both stand alone web apps and also to integrate CRM functions into the Comtec Travel software suite. Day to day management of one UK based developer and a number of Off Shore developers will also be required.

You will be expected to manage version control and automated build environment and the day-to-day responsibility for the CRM product.

Principle accountabilities:

  • Proven experience developing object-orientated design, design patterns.
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • In-depth experience with C#3.0 & ASP.Net3.5 and .NET
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to develop operational processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Desire to work in fast-paced environment to ensure that applications meet or exceed specifications in a scalable and secure environment
  • The ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Self-motivated, creative and strong sense of accountability
  • Self starter accustomed to working on own initiative

Salary range: Commensurate with experience

Benefits: Pension, private medical, Life assurance (4 x salary)

Hours: Fulltime 37.5 per wk
