Customer relationship management software experts Pro EQ limited is Comtec's latest acquisition

Comtec Group Limited has today announced its third acquisition in as many months with iSys CRM software developer Pro EQ Limited. iSys CRM is the only CRM solution exclusively designed for the travel industry. It is a strategic addition to Comtec’s growing business portfolio, which now offers a wide range of travel agent and tour operator web enabled distribution and sales technologies.

During the next few months the iSys CRM functionality will be tightly integrated with Comtec’s Travelink Tour Operator Reservation system and TravelConnect, Comtec’s new state of the art agency selling systems by adding marketing, call centre and customer relations functionality for both indirect and direct channels. The fact that both systems already operate on a Microsoft platform will ensure a seamless and quick integration for both parties.

Existing Comtec customers will benefit from the addition of the iSys range of products, as the CRM functionality can be rolled out to them as it is integrated into the Travelink system. It will also be a key tool in Comtec’s marketing for future tour operator customers.

Existing Pro EQ iSys customers will benefit from the Comtec support infrastructure and we will continue to sell iSys CRM to non Travelink customers”.

Jon will join the Comtec Board and will head up the CRM division within the business.
