Thomas Cook Independent division sign dedicated-development deal with Comtec

Thomas Cook Independent Travel has contracted Comtec Group to provide a dedicated software development function to deliver continuing bespoke enhancements to their Travelink Tour Operating Platform. The 3 year deal will see a number of developers, analysts and project staff totally focussed on delivering Thomas Cook Independent specific requirements.

Thomas Cook Independent, Managing Director Ian Derbyshire remarked - “Given that we have chosen Travelink as the interim Tour-Operator platform of choice in TC Independent whilst evaluating long- term strategic options, it is now essential that we continue to ensure as close an alignment a s possible between our systems and the ever-evolving needs of our business.
