Customer Relationship Management in travel

TravelCRM® was developed by Pro EQ, a company acquired by Comtec in 2008. The product was formerly known as iSys CRM. TravelCRM® boasts that it is the ONLY CRM solution available exclusively for the Travel Market. TravelCRM® now delivers all the customer facing tools you need to successfully manage and market your customers.

Seamlessly integrated with Travelink and TravelConnect, bookings and quotations are imported from your reservation system and additionally, brochure requests, marketing feeds and any other customer related data that you might have. This data is then consolidated into the CRM database where it is cleansed and de-duplicated to ensure your data is accurate and to provide you with a Single Customer View (SCV). Using TravelCRM® Campaign Manager you can then segment your customer data and use the results to produce and accurately track the results of your marketing campaigns.
