Travel CRM Campaign manager allows you to easily and visually select customers by almost any data you hold on them. The simplicity of the user interface means that your marketing teams do not have to have data mining skills. You select the data and Campaign Manager does the hard work .
For each campaign, you can monitor the results such as web site hits and bookings and brochure requests. Monitoring is in real time so you can see the exact status of your campaigns without having to import data and wait while your data team prepare the reports for you. Just select your customers, create your marketing communication (Email, letter or telephone call) and set the measures of success you wish to monitor. Then sit back and watch the results. Travel CRM delivers the tools needed by you and your web site developers to enable you to integrate click-through's, take booking requests and the booking integration with your reservation system. If you don’t have the skills to do this then Comtec’s eCommerce team can build it into your web site for you. We also have automatic marketing suppression for customers with active complaints in our CriSys® module.
New this year Pro EQ has developed the iSys Customer Portal. Customer preferences and likes and dislikes are fed through to Campaign Manager so you only market your customers with the products they are most likely to purchase
